All Buyer orders are shipped “At the Door” delivery or "Curb Side" delivery, depending on size and weight of the Buyer’s order.

“Curb Side” delivery, meaning that the driver will unload at the curb, the driver does not deliver inside the Buyer’s home.

If the delivery is “Curb Side”, assistance may be required to help carry the Buyer’s order, in to their home.

For this very reason, Bespoke Wood Creations, Australia (BWC) recommend assistance with, transporting the Buyer’s piece(s), from the truck to their home. 

Unless expressly agreed to, by the parties in writing, BWC shall select the method of shipment, and the carrier for, the Goods. 

Please note orders only ship on business days.

BWC do not offer weekend or holiday delivery unless special arrangements have been made prior. 

BWC ships via Common Freight Carriers and although a quoted transit time may be given, BWC do not warrant actual ship times, as they vary by carrier and region. 

At time of shipment, if available, BWC will provide the Buyer with the specific Shipping/Tracking information, for their order.
