Bespoke Wood Creations, Australia (BWC) believe strongly in the quality and integrity of their workmanship and products. 

BWC strives to ensure the Buyer is truly pleased with their furniture, as it becomes an important part of their family heirlooms for generations to come. 

Should the furniture fail structurally at any time during the first year of the original Buyer, because of workmanship or material, BWC will repair or replace it at their discretion.

If BWC determines that the issue in question is covered by the Terms of Use and Care, and that repair is impractical, the Buyer will be furnished a replacement product of the same or similar color, design, style and quality.

At times, the core material used in the original, may no longer be available or extremely difficult to source, or requires much longer wait time, and similar other reasons, all of these are beyond BWC’s control.

In view of the above, BWC will suggest any alternatives of Core Material used for the Buyer’s consideration.

At their discretion, BWC will decide on materials other than the Core, any hardware, fixtures or accessories, based on availability, at that time.

BWC’s ‘Terms of Use and Care’ period begins at the time the Buyer receives the product in their home for a period of 1 year on any production defect.
